We supply and integrate equipment for every stage of the corrugated production chain — from base paper feeding to finished packaging output. Industrial Belt & Strap Manufacturing
A dedicated business line of KLISTECH GROUP UKRAINE — manufacturing and supply of specialised industrial conveyor and transfer belts for corrugated board, packaging and food industries. Belt quality and process compatibility directly affect line uptime, reject rates and downtime.
Our belts feature high tensile strength, resistance to high temperatures and long service life. We offer solutions for various applications — transfer, forming and folding belts, feeder table and FFG belts, and FDA-approved food-contact belts. Custom manufacturing to customer equipment parameters is available.
Installation & Dismantling Services
We carry out the full cycle of installation and dismantling of industrial equipment, conveyor lines and process units — from individual machines to complete shop fitting. Dismantling is performed carefully, preserving reusable components and complying with safety standards.
New equipment installation is performed with precise positioning, levelling and verification of all connections. We have experience on live production sites where meeting tight deadlines and minimising downtime is critical.
Corrugated Factory Engineering
We design corrugated board factories turnkey and develop modernisation solutions for existing plants. Every project starts with analysis: order volume and structure, target capacity, site shape and area, delivery radius and transport configuration. Based on this data and implemented case studies, we develop a rational factory layout.
The design covers positioning of the raw paper warehouse, corrugating and printing equipment, conveyor and storage zones, stacking and waste removal systems. Sound planning increases production capacity and reduces operating costs from day one.
